  • 30 oz beans white drained and rinsed canned
  •  garlic clove peeled
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon zest shredded finely
  • 0.3 cup olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • tablespoon oregano fresh very finely chopped
  • servings pepper black freshly ground
