  • cup cucumber diced
  • tablespoon olive oil extravirgin
  • 1.5 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup basil fresh thinly sliced
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.3 cup green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • cups gourmet salad greens 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • pound tomatoes diced
  • tablespoons sacremento tomato juice 
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. To prepare dressing, combine first 8 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
  2. To prepare salad, combine salad greens and remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Add dressing mixture, tossing gently to combine.
