  • 0.5 cup onion coarsely chopped
  • 0.5 cup celery sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon caraway seeds 
  • 0.8 lb kielbasa cooked quartered cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • cups hash browns diced frozen southern-style (from 32-oz bag)
  • 3.5 cups chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black

Directions

  1. In large saucepan or Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Cook coleslaw mix, onion, celery and caraway seed in butter 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender.
