  • slices bacon cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • 0.3 cup cider vinegar 
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • pounds potatoes red cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices ( 5 cups)
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 2.5 teaspoons sugar

Directions
