  • servings cauliflower florets raw or any other vegetables in season trimmed
  • medium carrots coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup ginger peeled chopped

  •  spring onion coarsely chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon sesame oil 
  • tablespoon soya sauce
