  • tablespoon cornstarch 
  • tablespoons crystallized ginger minced
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.8 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt frozen softened
  • 0.7 cup pineapple-orange juice divided

Directions

  1. Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons pineapple-orange juice in a small saucepan; stir until smooth.
  2. Add remaining pineapple-orange juice, ginger, honey, and lemon juice; stir well. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat, and transfer to a small bowl. Cover and chill.
  4. Stir in yogurt just before serving.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit.
