Directions

  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain and set aside.
  3. Cook sugar, butter and ginger in same saucpan over low heat, stirring constantlly, until bubbly; add carrots. Cook over low heat 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and heated through.
