  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine salt and ground ginger in a small bowl; rub chicken with mixture.
