  • tablespoons candied ginger finely chopped
  • inch ginger fresh peeled cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • cups honey 
  • cups juice of lemon fresh ( 14 small lemons)
  • 0.8 cup rum 
  • cups water

Directions

  2. Remove and discard ginger slices.
