  • 12 large cherry tomatoes 
  • servings grilled flank steak and cilantro butter 
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • teaspoons lime rind grated
  • servings lime wedges 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  onion red cut into pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled
  •  bell pepper green yellow cut into 1-inch pieces
