Ingredients

  • 24 ounce tuna steaks ( 3/)
  • 0.3 teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • tablespoons basil fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  • tablespoons ginger fresh grated peeled
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped
  • tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon fresh ( 2 lemons)
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • cup orange watermelon diced seeded
  • 0.8 cup orange juice fresh ( 3 oranges)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar 
  • tablespoon sriracha such as huy fong) hot
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • cup watermelon diced red seeded
  • cup watermelon diced yellow seeded

Directions

  1. To prepare tuna, combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add fish to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  3. To prepare relish, combine watermelons and next 8 ingredients (through sesame oil). Cover and chill.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Remove fish from bag; discard marinade.
  6. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cook 3 minutes on each side or until medium-rare or desired degree of doneness.
  7. Serve with relish.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
