  • tablespoon crystallized ginger chopped
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon ground ginger 
  • tablespoon heavy whipping cream 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup shortening 
  • 0.5 cup sugar white

Directions
