  • 1.5 teaspoons ginger fresh grated
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • large oranges peeled
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper flakes red crushed
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cups pkt spinach fresh coarsely chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
