  • 1.5 cups ice cubes crushed
  • cup greek yogurt plain 2% reduced-fat

Directions

  1. Place yogurt in a blender.
  2. Place carrot, carrot juice, and ginger in a food processor. Process until smooth. Strain carrot mixture through a fine sieve; discard solids.
  3. Add carrot mixture, crushed ice, and honey to blender; process until smooth.
