Ingredients

  •  teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  • tablespoon bottled ginger fresh minced grated peeled
  • 0.3 cup cooking wine dry red
  • pound flank steak trimmed ( 1/)
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan; stir well.
  3. Place steak on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Brush steak with 1 tablespoon wine mixture, and broil 6 minutes. Turn steak; brush with 1 tablespoon wine mixture. Broil 6 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Bring remaining wine mixture to a boil; cook 5 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup.
  7. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
  8. Serve steak with wine sauce.
