Ingredients

  • tablespoon sugar 
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 11 oz flour tortilla for burritos (8 count
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • cup pineapple diced finely
  • cup papaya diced finely
  • cup mangos diced finely
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon candied ginger finely chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Set oven control to broil.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Brush both sides of each tortilla with butter; sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  4. Cut each tortilla into 12 wedges.
  5. Place tortilla wedges in single layer in 2 ungreased 15x10x1-inch pans or on 2 cookie sheets. Broil 2 to 4 minutes, turning once, until crispy and golden brown. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
  6. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve salsa with chips.
