Directions

  1. Bring broth to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add green beans, and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  3. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; saut 2 minutes.
  5. Add beans, salt, and pepper; saut 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
