Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups apricot preserves 
  • tablespoons apricot preserves 
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar 
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 0.5 cup gingersnaps crushed finely ( 9 cookies, )
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • pound 3%-less-sodium smoked fully cooked
  • 0.5 cup plum brandy dry

  • aluminum foil
  • broiler pan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 32
  2. To prepare ham, line a broiler pan with foil. Trim fat and rind from ham. Score outside of ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. Place ham on prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the ham from oven, and cool slightly. Increase oven temperature to 37
  6. Combine 2 tablespoons preserves and 2 tablespoons mustard, stirring with a whisk.
  7. Combine the sugar and crumbs.
  8. Brush preserves mixture over ham. Carefully press crumb mixture onto preserves mixture (some crumb mixture will fall onto pan).
  9. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until a thermometer registers 14
  10. Place ham on a platter; let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  11. To prepare sauce, combine 1 1/2 cups preserves and remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook 5 minutes.
  12. Serve sauce with ham.
