  • 1.5 teaspoons ginger fresh grated peeled
  • 0.8 cup juice of lime fresh ( 4 limes)
  • 1.5 teaspoons lime rind grated
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup water boiling
  • 2.5 cups water cold

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until sugar dissolves. Strain mixture through a sieve into a pitcher.
  2. Add juice and 2 1/2 cups cold water. Chill completely.
  3. Serve with lime slices, if desired.
