Ingredients

  • tablespoons brown sugar 
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon thyme leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves crushed
  • tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce reduced-sodium
  • tablespoon oregano fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 1.5 pound pork tenderloins

Directions

  1. Trim fat from pork.
  2. Place tenderloins in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag.
  3. Combine soy sauce and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
  4. Pour soy sauce mixture over tenderloins. Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Remove tenderloins from bag, reserving marinade.
  6. Place marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  7. Remove from heat. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350 to 400).
  8. Place tenderloins on rack; grill, covered, 7 minutes. Turn pork, and baste with reserved marinade. Grill, covered, 7 additional minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest part of tenderloin registers 160.
