  • 200 greek yogurt thick
  • 1.5  juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • teaspoons lemon pepper 
  • tablespoons juice of lime 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • servings freshly cracked pepper black
  • 120 pinenuts toasted
  •  plum tomatoes deseeded finely chopped
  •  pomegranate arils from pomegranate 
  • teaspoons ras el hanout spice blend 
  •  to 3 springs each of rosemary 
  •  to 3 springs each of rosemary chopped
  • 1.5 kg tail piece of salmon in two halves 
  • servings sea slat smoked to taste
  • pinch good of sea salt
