  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  •  bananas pureed ripe
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips miniature to taste
  •  eggs 
  • cups baking flour gluten-free red all-purpose mill® (such as Bob's )
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain fat-free
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • cup walnuts chopped
  • 1.5 cups sugar white
  • teaspoons xanthan gum

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan.
