Ingredients

  • cups pinenuts 
  • 0.5 cup roasted peanuts 
  • 0.3 cup roasted sunflower seeds salted hulled (pepitas)
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoon water 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • 0.8 cup raisins

Directions

  1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, peanuts and sunflower nuts; set aside.
  2. In small bowl, mix honey and warm water. Stir in salt, cumin and red pepper until blended.
  3. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  4. Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in raisins. Microwave 1 minute longer.
  5. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
