  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon fennel seeds crushed
  • ounces goat cheese with garlic and herbs
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup part-skim ricotta cheese 
  • 12 inch pizza crust italian cheese-flavored thin (such as Boboli)
  • cups spinach leaves fresh thinly sliced
  • 12 halves oil-packed sun-dried tomato halves drained chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 45
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until well blended.
  3. Spread cheese mixture evenly over crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Top with tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
  4. Place on a baking sheet, and bake at 450 for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
  5. Cut into 12 wedges.
