  • ounces pancetta shaved
  • ounce peppercorns cracked white

  3. Place a small piece of prosciutto on each cracker.
  4. Slice the goat cheese.
  5. Place 1 slice of the goat cheese on each prepared cracker.
  6. Arrange on sheet trays.
