Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • 1.3 cups plus light
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 teaspoons flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 cups pecan halves chopped
  •  pie crust refrigerated softened pillsbury®
  • 1.3 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
  3. In large bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, vanilla and eggs until well blended. Stir in pecans and butter.
  4. Pour into crust-lined pan.
  5. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is puffed and pie is golden brown. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
