Looking for a light, quick, and utterly delicious side dish that's ready in under 45 minutes? Want something that's packed with flavor, naturally vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free? Then look no further than this Good Fortune Stir-Fried Lettuce! This recipe transforms humble Bibb lettuce into a vibrant and flavorful experience.

I know, I know, stir-frying lettuce might sound a little unusual, but trust me, it's a game-changer. The brief exposure to high heat wilts the lettuce just enough, while keeping it delightfully crisp-tender and remarkably bright green. The result is a texture that's both familiar and surprisingly new.

This isn't just about lettuce, though. The magic lies in the complimentary flavors of minced ginger, fragrant shallots, and a simple yet satisfying sauce of dry sherry and low-sodium soy sauce. Perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness and a touch of black pepper, it elevates the subtle flavor of the lettuce. With just 43 calories per serving, you can savor every single bite without guilt. This stir-fried lettuce is the perfect embodiment of simple ingredients creating extraordinary flavor!
