  • 0.5 cup monterrey jack cheese (or Jack cheese)
  • servings rotisserie chicken cut shredded sour cooked sliced chopped (or pork)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon butter unsalted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
