  • 0.7 cup walnut pieces coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • clove garlic 
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • Dash pepper 
  • cups the salad (any variety)
  • oz roquefort cheese crumbled
  • 0.5 cup chives fresh

Directions
