  • large egg white 
  • 36  graham crackers (9 full cracker sheets)
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon stick margarine chilled cut into small pieces
  • 0.3 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Place crackers in a food processor, and process until finely ground.
  3. Add sugar, butter, and cinnamon; pulse 6 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  4. Add egg white; pulse 10 times or just until blended (do not allow mixture to form a ball). Firmly press mixture into bottom of a 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes; cool on a wire rack.
