  •  bananas ripe
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 15 ounce chickpeas drained and rinsed canned (garbanzo beans)
  • 0.5 cup dates pitted chopped
  •  eggs 
  • teaspoon ginger fresh grated
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 1 large loaf pan.
