  • cups curd cottage cheese 
  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded divided
  • 30 ounce pkt spinach frozen dry thawed chopped
