  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 1.3 cups brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup canola oil 
  • cup cranberries dried
  •  eggs 
  •  egg whites 
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • cups cereal with raisins reduced-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the egg, egg white, brown sugar and oil until blended.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually stir into sugar mixture just until blended. Stir in granola and cranberries (batter will be thick).
  3. Spread into a 9-in. square baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool on a wire rack.
  5. Cut into bars.
