  •  avocado ripe peeled cut into thin wedges
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • 1.5 cups grapefruit red ( 2 large grapefruit)
  • 28 ounce hearts of palm rinsed drained canned
  • teaspoon honey 
  • cups kale 
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon lime zest grated
  • tablespoon mayonnaise 
  • small to 5 chilies red seeded thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup onion red thinly sliced
