  • 0.8 cup wine dry red
  • pounds top round beef roast boneless lean
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose gold medal®
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • cups onion whole frozen (from 1-pound bag)
  • cups bulgur hot cooked (orzo)
  • tablespoon red wine vinegar 
  • 0.8 cup tomato paste italian-style (from two 6-ounce cans)
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Remove excess fat from beef.
  2. Cut beef into 1-inch pieces. Toss beef, flour and cinnamon. Rinse frozen onions in cold water to separate; drain.
  3. Place beef and onions in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  4. Mix water, tomato paste, wine, vinegar and honey.
  5. Pour over beef mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat setting 9 to 10 hours or until beef is tender.
  7. Serve over pasta.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
