- 8 ounces baby spinach
- 0.5 cup cooking wine dry white such as pinot grigio
- 3 ounces feta cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 cup kalamata olives pitted halved
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup pinenuts toasted
- 0.5 teaspoon chile flakes red
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken cut shredded
- 6 ounces pasta like spaghetti

Directions
- Cook spaghetti as package directs.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in spinach, wine, chile flakes, olives, pine nuts, salt, and pepper.
- Drain pasta, return to pot, and add onion mixture and chicken. Stir to coat and cook over medium heat until warmed, about 4 minutes.
