Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup olives black pitted
  • 0.5 medium cucumber seeded sliced quartered
  • oz athenos feta cheese crumbled traditional
  • 0.5 cup dressing fat free italian divided kraft
  • tsp oregano leaves dried crushed
  •  plum tomatoes sliced
  • 0.5 cup onion red thinly sliced
  • 10 oz salad greens 
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips

Directions

  1. Mix dressing and oregano.
  2. Remove 3 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture; place in large skillet.
  3. Add chicken; cook and stir on medium heat 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Toss greens with cheese, tomatoes, vegetables and olives in large bowl.
  5. Add remaining dressing mixture; mix lightly.
  6. Place greens mixture on serving platter; top with warm chicken mixture.
