  • pound angel hair pasta uncooked
  • 29 ounce tomatoes diced with basil, garlic, and oregano canned
  • teaspoon basil dried
  • ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • cups onion red chopped
  • 24 ounce chicken breasts boneless skinless halved
  • cup bell pepper yellow chopped

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to pan; saut 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Add onion and next 5 ingredients (through tomatoes) to pan; stir well. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
  5. Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Serve with pasta.
