  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
  • tablespoons lemon rind grated
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil 
  • tablespoon oregano fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Spread mixture under skin of each chicken breast.
  4. Bake chicken at 375 for 1 hour or until done.
  5. Remove and discard skin before eating, if desired (analysis does not include skin).
