  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • large onion separated quartered

  • large bell peppers green red cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pounds chicken breast boneless skinless cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.3 cup vinegar white

Directions

  1. Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, cumin, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper together in a large glass or ceramic bowl.
