Ingredients

  • ounce day-old bread white
  • 0.5 cup cucumber sauce 
  • 0.3 cup mint leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • pound lamb lean
  • tablespoons lemon rind grated ( 2 lemons)
  • 0.3 cup onion red chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 10 ounce pkt spinach frozen dry thawed drained chopped

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Place bread in food processor; pulse until coarsely ground.
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, onion, and the next 7 ingredients (onion through garlic) in a bowl. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  4. Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 7 minutes on each side or until done.
  5. Serve with Cucumber Sauce.
