  • tablespoons cucumber chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon rosemary dried crushed
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • ounces lamb loins boneless lean
  • 4-inch pita bread rounds cut in half crosswise ()
  • tablespoon nonfat yogurt plain
  • Dash salt 
  • tablespoons tomatoes chopped

Directions

  1. Cut lamb into 1/8-inch-wide strips; place in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, rosemary, and salt over lamb; toss to coat.
  3. Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  4. Add lamb strips, and cook 5 minutes or until lamb is browned on both sides.
  5. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
  6. Combine cucumber, tomato, and yogurt, stirring well. Spoon lamb evenly into pita halves, and top evenly with cucumber mixture.
