- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
- 1 cup kalamata olives drained
- 3 tablespoons olive oil extra-virgin
- 0.3 teaspoon pepper
- 1 small onion red sliced in rings
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

- 6 small tomatoes ripe cut into wedges
