- 0.3 cup olives black sliced
- 1 small cucumber english chopped
- 2 ounces tomato basil feta cheese crumbled
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper green sliced
- 1 teaspoon juice of lemon
- 0.3 cup olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 3 roma tomatoes chopped (plum)
- 4 servings salt and pepper to taste
