  • servings pepper black freshly ground to taste
  • large cucumber cut into matchsticks
  • 1.5 teaspoons basil dried
  • 0.5 pound feta cheese crumbled
  • tablespoons garlic finely chopped

  • cup olive oil 
  • tablespoons oregano dried to taste
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  •  onion red sliced
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • heads romaine lettuce chopped
  • teaspoon salt to taste
  • large tomatoes cut into wedges
