  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • leaf lettuce leaves green
  • 0.3 cup onion diced
  • tablespoons oregano fresh chopped
  •  pitas whole-wheat cut into wedges
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain 2% reduced-fat
  •  plum tomatoes cut into 12 slices
  • 24 ounce chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1-inch pieces

Directions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a food processor; process until ground. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions; shape each into a 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add oil to pan.
  4. Add patties to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side.
  5. Combine yogurt and next 4 ingredients; stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  6. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each of 4 plates. Top with tomato slices; sprinkle with black pepper. Divide cheese evenly among servings. Arrange 2 patties on top of tomato mixture; top each serving with about 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture.
  7. Serve with pita wedges.
