  • 24 ounce sushi-grade yellowtail flounder 
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon 
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil 
  • teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Place fish in a 13- x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; pour lemon juice mixture over fish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 13 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.
