Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 12 brussels sprouts
- 3 cups cabbage shredded
- 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
- 0.3 teaspoon thyme leaves dried
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 bell pepper green seeded chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
- 4 leeks chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 pound pork loin cubed
- 4 medium potatoes cubed peeled
- 0.5 cup red wine
- 6 servings salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 quarts water

Directions
- Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed pork, and fry until browned on all sides.
- Add cabbage, potatoes, green pepper, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green onions, leeks and garlic. Season with thyme, basil and oregano.
- Pour in the red wine and water.
- Cover, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours, until everything is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
