  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • cups celery thinly sliced 6 stalks
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil extravirgin
  • 0.3 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves fresh
  •  garlic clove minced
  • cups apples i use 2 granny smith apples peeled sliced 3 apples
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt 
  • tablespoons walnuts toasted coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk.
  2. Add the apple and remaining ingredients, and toss well to combine.
