- 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
- 2.5 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons thyme leaves fresh chopped
- 10 cups green beans trimmed
- 1 teaspoon lemon rind grated
- 0.8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shallots sliced

- Add shallots; saut 4 minutes or until golden. Stir in vinegar; cook 1 1/2 minutes.
